Follow-up sessions reflect on how your healing journey is unfolding — any energetic shifts, changes in patterns, or new insights that have emerged since we last met. We also look back on where you started, how you were feeling then, and how things have shifted since — including whether any aches or pains have eased or lessened. From there, we work on any further issues your body's innate awareness is bringing forward for attention.

Still Point Kinesiology offers gentle, holistic kinesiology sessions supporting stress management, anxiety, emotional wellbeing, hormone balance, gut health, chronic fatigue, and pain relief. Led by Sabine, a Registered Nurse of over 30 years, sessions use gentle muscle testing, acupressure and energetic balancing to help your nervous system move out of fight-or-flight and support the body's own healing intelligence.
